Chemenergy Water Treatment, Inc. currently has an excellent opportunity for an Application Specialist with our Chemenergy Water Treatment team located and servicing in the Albany, NY area. Application Specialists work with existing and new customer accounts to provide proper set-up and installation of our innovate water treatment systems. Coordinating with our sales team, they will work efficiently to handle all customers in a timely manner to allow new customers a smooth and fast transition into using Chemenergy Water Treatment, Inc.'s services and systems.

Main Responsibilities

• Support sales and service technicians in the handling of company program service calls on existing customer accounts for system start-ups and existing HVAC water treatment systems. Assist in the correction of problems as appropriate.

• RV1, SQUARE PAIL, RV2, APERTURE system building. Application Specialist will be responsible for the production and stockage of our Water Treatment systems. Using existing building specs and piping plans already put into place.

• Participate in design reviews, new applications start-ups, and evaluation of existing or new customer HVAC water treatment sites.

• Assist in critiquing system set-ups for serviceability, performance, and ease of usage. Inter-act with appropriate company resources and work as a team to improve product system installation designs and site-appropriate piping designs.

• Assess on-site field problems and operate required testing equipment to return systems to customer conformance.

• Coordinate and manage replacement parts programs with customer sites and other employees to ensure the availability of components as needed for customer repairs.

• Seek to keep abreast of the latest industry advances through continuous education.

• Assist in the preparation of reports detailing technical problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modifications and/or recommended process changes. Document value provided to the customer whenever possible.

• Promptly reports every incident, accident, injury, or applicable near miss to supervisory personnel.

• Provide installation resource services on a project request basis necessary to satisfy the needs of the customer. Including field surveys, installation checklists, rollout support services, etc.
